This catalogue aims at all potential buyers who may be searching for the properties through the estate agents, institutions and public offices.
The magazine is distributed directly from the printing house to mandators' addresses.
It can also be delivered to individual clients both in the country and abroad.
The magazine is published every first day of the season: autumn 2005, winter 2005/2006, spring 2006 and so on.
"POLSKIE NIERUCHOMOŚCI" aims at:
Clients whose offers are presented in the catalogue;
Foreign clients, who are searching for the properties through the magazines;
Clients who are looking for the right estate agent to mediate in the sale of their property;
The clients who attend estate fairs;
Estate Agents open to mediate the sale and purchase of the properties of the clients who live not only in their local area but also in the other parts of the country;
Developers, who want to make their offers available to the clients of the estate agencies;
Town and commune offices, who often have properties for sale unknown to the clients of the estate agencies;
The catalogue presents only safe offers which are inclusive, including direct offers.
Offers are presented according to their location. Each property is described in detail and includs pictures and contact details of the estate agent.
The last pages of the catalogue are devoted to all companies who present their offers, with their logo, contact details, website and the photo of the company owner.
