is a database of Polish properties,
created by a network of real estate agencies,
each being representative of its own local market

 
 NGA actively promotes all properties from its database

  • Presents only explicitly described and reliable properties for sale, with a sole right clause
  • NGA not only presents offers which are available, but also lists those properties which are not yet sold but already have a potential buyer who in writing made an offer on a property, accepted by a vendor
  • NGA can be joined only by companies which employ real estate agents who hold license and a third-party liability insurance
  • NGA unites only those companies which apply an effective, tested and constantly updated methods of conduct
  • NGA is present all over Poland, regularly advertising properties on property fairs
  • NGA, for its clients, professionally conducts advertising campaigns in Poland, as well as abroad. Those campaigns are described and illustrated on the NGA's website in the section "REKLAMA"
  • NGA distributes among all estate agencies, free for all magazine "Polskie nieruchomości" ["Polish Properties"]
  • It recommends services which are proven to be useful and beneficial to clients, especially after an agreement on purchase and sale of a property is concluded
  • NGA offers free checks of client's creditworthiness and helps to choose the right mortgage from a range of bank offers
  • NGA unites only those companies which provide high quality service
  • NGA is promoted by Mrs Urszula Wysokińska, an author of "Instrukcja obsługi biura pośrednictwa w obrocie nieruchomościami" and "Kulisy pracy biura pośrednictwa w obrocie nieruchomościami". Mrs Wysokińska is also a chief editor of "Polskie nieruchomości" [Polish Properties, a magazine dedicated to Polish properties].
